What can I put in my waterproof pocket?

Anything you normally put in your pockets such as your phone, wallet, cash and keys!

When will you restock?

We carefully monitor our inventory levels and are working hard to restock. Please navigate the product page and click "Join The Waitlist" to be notified when it is back in stock.

What if the waterproof pocket doesn't work?

We happily guarantee our waterproof pocket shorts for 90 days. If your item is faulty or defective, please contact us at shopherrach@gmail.com.

Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm PST. A team member will get back to you within 24hrs. Thank you!

How do I wash my waterproof shorts?

Hand wash cold, dry flat. If you accidently get water in your waterproof pocket, please make sure you air dry it or wipe it down with a microfiber cloth prior to use.

SHIPPING
Where is my order?

Once an order has been placed, please allow 1-2 business days for our warehouse to ship. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

My package is missing, can you help?

Your tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been shipped. You can check the carrier's website to get updates on your delivery.

If your order is taking longer than expected or shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at shopherrach@gmail.com.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship international orders via USPS First Class International, USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Priority Mail International Express

How do I change my shipping address?

Please email shopherrach@gmail.com for address changes and be sure to include your order number.

Change of address is not guaranteed once the order has been placed.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?

Our return and exchange policy is 14 days after delivery. The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and tags. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.

HERRACH offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost) on items that meet the above conditions.

Where is my return?

Buyer is responsible for shipping items back to us. Please keep track of your tracking number. Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days.

What if it doesn't fit?

Can I exchange my product?
